As easy to install into existing buildings as it is for new build schemes, the range is particularly suitable for industrial and commercial applications although its attractive styling makes it equally suitable for residential housing.
A key feature of energysense is its unique 16 amp rating, which allows it to be used to switch lighting, heating, ventilation or air conditioning loads. The range includes a variety of intelligent switches and controls to cater for different applications offering timing options from 2 minutes up to 2 hours.
The stylish electronic pushbutton timer replaces the existing light switch to provide instant energy saving. With a backlit blue neon indicator ring aiding location in the dark, the unit has easy to use functionality including an override facility and last minute timing indicator.
The touchtimer has all the benefits of the pushbutton but is activated with the lightest of touches, while the pirtimer is a fully automatic device which controls various power loads by means of a passive infra red movement sensor.
Offered both as a wall mounted unit and a ceiling mounted unit, which features easy installation spring loaded fixing arms and a removable bezel to allow easy adjustment, the pirtimer is activated by the detection of moving body heat. An internal light sensor keeps the lighting switched off when sufficient ambient light is available, further increasing the timer’s energy saving potential and making it ideal for meeting rooms, corridors and storerooms.
Complementing the range is a remote timer which uses remote slave activator switches to operate the timer in inaccessible locations such as corridors and stairwells.
All products in the energysense range can be easily retrofit in to existing builds providing either 2 wire or 3 wire configuration. The range is offered in a choice of white or chrome finishes, enabling them to be discreetly installed into any application.
