SummitSkills is encouraging women innovators across the UK to get involved in the British Female Inventors and Innovation Conference 2008, an event designed to promote the achievements of some of the most dynamic people in the world of enterprise, trade and intellectual property.

What's it about?
Run by Global Women Inventors & Inventors Network (GWIIN), a global network established to increase the number of innovative women embracing enterprise.  The awards offer women the opportunity to showcase their inventions, attracting media publicity, and the chance to meet other like-minded innovators.  The awards aren’t just commercially focused, as women who have achieved success with broader experiences are encouraged to take part.

When and where?
10 and 11 March 2008, Cardiff City Hall, Wales.
