Shell Retail has have detailed plans approved by Portsmouth City Council for the redevelopment of the petrol service station at Goldsmith Avenue in Southsea. Plans have been designed by Atkins Plc. Works include new fuel tanks, forecourt pumps and development of the shop. The £470k contract is expected to commence on site in the Summer, 2008.
