James Simpson is an Assistant Property Manager for the Scottish Borders Council and the lucky winner of a LoWatt Solo HT centrifugal bathroom fan from Vent Axia.....
James is responsible for over 800 properties in the area, that are predominantly offices and none of which are residential. There is also a team of property officers and also heating and ventilation officers. James is often reading the Voltimum newsletters to keep up-to-date with developments.
Outside of work James is interested in DIY and hill walking.
