Job Description:
Reporting to the electrical supervisor responsible for under taking daily reactive preventative planned maintenance tasks and installations of small to medium projects.
- Responsible To: Supervisor
- Location: Westminster : Department of Health
- Dimensions: Team player working in Westminster and other Department of Health Buildings
- Subordinates: Reporting to the site Supervisor and Contracts Manager
Principle Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate tasks and complete daily diary.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and daily reactive breakdowns.
- Ensure PPE is worn at all times.
- Support the onsite mechanical, controls and fire engineers.
- Develop site knowledge and skills.
- Maintain good communications with client and other site operatives.
- Take responsibility for health and safety for you and others
- Manage time keeping
- Comply with the EMCOR facilities services company rules maintaining a high standard of performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience within a similar role.
- Trade Qualifications and 16th edition IEE regulations + Test and certification.
- Apprenticeship and relevant Training undertaken.
- Good knowledge of BMS systems and their implementation.
- High level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- High level of presentation skills.
Other factors:
Requires regular overtime working
Requires participation in a Call Out arrangement.
