A comprehensive Mastering Inspection and Testing Course from NICEIC Training provides electricians and contractors with all the necessary skills required to inspect, test and establish results for certification of domestic electrical installations. The course lasts two days and installers applying for registration with a domestic installer self-certification scheme may benefit from this course.
Mastering Inspection and Testing covers legislation affecting inspection and testing, selecting and using appropriate test equipment, instrument accuracy and testing procedures as required by BS 7671. Practical demonstrations with ‘hands-on’ sessions for both ‘dead’ and ‘live’ testing are provided as are important subjects such as verification and certification.
The entry requirements of the course mean candidates should hold a City & Guilds 2381 qualification or equivalent and be competent in the installation of domestic electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671. This is an NICEIC accredited course and delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
