Brin Duley of Newey & Eyre in Solihull was recently awarded his EDA Achievement Certificate following his successful completion of an Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
The framework apprenticeship included Key Skills and Technical Certificates, combined with a level 2 Customer Service NVQ.
