Kier Western is undertaking a £1.5 million contract for the construction of 3/4 storey building for use as an enterprise centre including workspace, cafe, conference rooms, offices and training shop for East End Renewal. Work commenced on site February 12th 2007. EIC Ltd have been appointed to undertake the mechanical and electrical work and are due to start on site March 2007.
