Now that the first cold snap of winter has finally appeared, our industry’s own charity, the EEIBA, is aiming to help banish thoughts of short days and damp, miserable and cold weather with three important events that take place during February 2007:

The EEIBA London Branch will be holding its extremely successful Valentine's Ball to be held at London’s Savoy Hotel on 10th February. This Ball is always a sell-out, so plan ahead and contact Tina Hemmings at Edmundson Electrical, Brentwood, on 01277 263 540 or by email: tina.hemmings@eel.co.uk.
On Friday 23 February, at The Grand Hotel, Brighton, the Sussex Branch will be holding its Annual Ball. This is another event that enjoys superb food, great entertainment and continues to be another of EEIBA’s most important fund-raisers. Finally, there is the Glasgow & South West of Scotland Branch’s Annual Ball at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow, on Saturday 10 February. Last year this event raised over £11,000 for those in need, and next year it is aimed to be just as spectacular.
