The Institution of Lighting Engineers (ILE) has joined forces with Brintex to help promote and support EWx 2007 by encouraging member companies to take part in next year's event.

ILE Chief Executive Richard Frost commented: "Lighting plays an important part within the external works sector, hence the reason for the ILE to proactively support only EWx 2007 next year and inspire more lighting companies and lighting professionals to take part in this three day exhibition. Furthermore, the ILE Midland region will hold their annual AGM at EWx 2007 illustrating their own local commitment to the event".

Ray Baxter, Event Manager, EWx 2007 said: "The support of the ILE adds an enormous amount of value to EWx and enhances the lighting element of the exhibition. The endorsement of the ILE will definitely help us to attract key lighting companies and professionals to the exhibition".

EWx 2007 will take place from the 17-19 April 2007 at the NEC, Birmingham. It attracts specifiers, buyers and key influences from the public and private sectors involved in the planning, design, construction, use and maintenance of the external environment. EWx co-locates with two other events, Traffex & Parkex 2007. For full details visit www.ewx2007.com.
