New appreciation of interior lighting requirements course

The Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA) has launched a new course on the Appreciation of Interior Lighting Requirements:

The interactive one-day Appreciation of Interior Lighting Requirements course by the ECA provides an understanding of the basic requirements of interior lighting design for commercial and industrial premises.

Issues covered include types of light sources and their suitability for different applications; the CIBSE code for lighting; interpreting manufacturers' data and understanding suppliers lighting schemes; use of photometric design packages.

The course will be held at venues throughout the UK including:

  • Loughborough - 22nd February
  • Bury St Edmunds - 28th March
  • Penkridge - 12th April
  • Leeds - 19th April
  • Crawley - 16th May
  • Newbury - 23rd May.
