Electrician falsely claiming NICEIC registration jailed for 6 months

Merton based electrician Gary Archibald was found guilty on 16 charges relating to dishonesty, Trade Description Act offences and Business Names Act offences, and on 4 October was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment for deceiving residents of Carlingford Gardens, Mitcham, to whom he falsely claimed to be registered with the NICEIC.
