Supervising a small team of Technical Support Advisors who support both internal and external sales personnel, specifiers, contractors and wholesalers, providing a high quality customer service to all our customers. You will prepare designs and quotations and provide assistance to contractors with wiring solutions, trouble shooting and methods of installation.
A professional engineering or building services qualification would be an advantage, plus and understanding of relevant legislation, and have experience of dealing with three phase industrial fans including belt drive units. Familiarity with various types of controllers and control circuits would also be an advantage.
