M6 Threaded Rod Hanger for use with Pulsa 700E
Continuing the effort to create a complete range of fixings for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors, the M6 Threaded Rod Hanger is yet another product to reinforce SPIT's position as a complete solutions provider.
Applications
• Replaces the need to use drop-in anchors.
• Use to hang lightweight cable and basket tray to ceilings.
• Use to install under floor basket and cable tray.
• Use to install lightweight pipework to ceilings and under floors.
• Not to be used in applications where the fixing will be subject to vibratory loading.
• On site load testing recommended.
Technical Characteristics
• Can be installed with the standard Electrical nail guide although flat magnetic nail guide code 320940 is highly recommended.
• Used with the Pulsa pole tool removes the need for ladders.
• Use safe working load of nails highlighted in 700E DL Electrical guide 9220108 (30kg max. into concrete).
• Contact ITW for on site pull out tests.
• Mild Steel.
• Use the longest nail possible into base material.
• Most suitable base material = composite deck/rib deck.

• Used with the pole tool removes the need for costly scaffolding and cherry pickers.
• Clips onto magnetic nail guide so can be used with different length nails for different substrates unlike powder tool equivalents which have the nail assembled on the clip.
P – Clip – Pulsable pipe clip for floor applications
Applications
P-Clip is a plastic Pulsable clip meant for temporary fixing of conduit, water or heating pipes to floors that will later be covered with concrete.
As it is a floor fixing, it is not designed to clip onto the 700E nail guide. Underfloor heating contractors found in trials that by laying the pipe and fixings first, they could then walk around and fix all the p clips with the Pulsa more quickly.
Technical Characteristics
• Raw material: Polypropylene impact resistant
• Colour Grey: RAL 7035
• Pulsa pins applicable: 15-40mm
• Low temperature advice: Pulsable until -5ºC with Pulsa 1000, 700E and 700P
Features and Benefits
• Fast and easy fixing system in combination with Pulsa.
• No corrosion.
• Low cost in respect to metal clips.
• Plastic design allows better reaction to pipe movement than metal clips.
E-CAV for Conduit and Pipe work applications
Applications
• Fixing of conduit and pipework on walls and ceilings.
Technical Characteristics
• Raw material: Nylon 6 impact resistant UL 94 HB
• Pulsa pins applicable: 20-40mm (minimum penetration depth)
• Low temperature advice: Pulsable until -5ºC with Pulsa 700E with 20mm pin
• Colour: Grey RAL 7035

• Fast and easy fixing system with Pulsa 700E.
• Clip can be closed and ensures firm holding of both conduit and pipework.
• Universal clips can take varying sizes of conduit or pipework.
