Prysmian has launched Afumex, a new range of low smoke, zero halogen, flame retardant cables for use in all buildings where safety in the event of fire is paramount. To support the launch Prysmian has created a new website and a range brochure filled with facts and resources to help you choose the right cable and minimise the risk of fire.
If you're planning on using Afumex then why not send an email with a few details and maybe your project will feature on the website.
Prysmian is giving away a 32GB WiFi iPad2 as part of the launch. To be in with a chance of winning, visit the website, answer the question and register your details here.
Prysmian is a supporter of the ACI and a member since launch in March 2010. The ACI are helping fight against the unsafe and fake cables discovered here in the UK and helping to root them out. Choosing Afumex will help eliminate that risk. Afumex cables meet or exceed the required standards and are all approved by BASEC.
Afumex LSX cabling was a key wiring solution in the recent refurbishment of the Portman Estate apartments in Marylebone.
