In outdoor, reflecting our continuous improvement drive, the LEDGINE 2.0 LED platform delivers performance improvements of around 30% compared to the previous generation. By increasing the luminous flux and offering redesigned optics, this version is suitable for a wider range of applications. LEDGINE 2.0 will be available in the following luminaire families: MileWide, CitySpirit, CitySoul, SpeedStar, Iridium2, OptiFlood and Mini300 Stealth. The Philips outdoor LED lighting solutions, led by LEDGINE 2.0 open up a whole world of lighting possibilities through lighting of exact spaces to deliver increased safety and security, and improved ambiance and environment - all using a fraction of the energy consumed by conventional lighting technologies. StreetSaverStreetSaver is an affordable, high quality LED luminaire, featuring a charming design incorporating leading-edge LED technology without losing any of the visual balance and ambiance provided by conventional lighting solutions.

Many city residents have stated that upgrading urban lighting to white light makes them feel better and safer. With the advent of lamp types such as MASTER CityWhite and MASTER CosmoWhite, such upgrades have become a key driver of urban well-being. MASTER CityWhite is mainly intended for relamping / uplamping of existing SON installations to white light, while MASTER CosmoWhite is designed for new installations offering the most efficient long-lasting white light with the lowest total cost of ownership. With the addition of the Plus version, the MASTER CityWhite range is now complete and MASTER CosmoWhite has also been improved with a substantial extension of reliable life to a six year service lifetime and the addition of a neutral white (4000K) solution.

MASTER SON (-T) APIA Plus Xtra and Hg FREE dimmable, high pressure sodium lamps have also been upgraded. Their ceramic discharge tube features the new Active Philips Integrated Antenna (APIA) technology, resulting in prolonged life. The innovative high-efficacy "Plus" concept translates into high light output and improved lumen maintenance.

MASTER LED DimToneFor the hospitality industry, MASTER LEDlamps offer energy savings, minimised maintenance costs and extended lifetime with a short payback period. MASTER LEDspot GU10 7W DimTone delivers the warm, definited beam and the shift to warmer colour during dimming that is provided by halogen and GLS. Enabling maximum warmth and ambiance at lower dimming levels, it is ideal for hospitality applications requiring heightened customer comfort, such as restaurants, bars, washrooms and lobbies. MASTER LED Designer Bulb combines warm, incandescent-like light with customisable MASTER LEDlamp covers to offer design freedom in a simple retrofit LED bulb like never before. Ideal for open fixtures where the bulb is fully visible, it offers the exellent light performance, dimming and energy savings of MASTER LEDbulbs along with a uniquely customisable design. It is particularly suited to the hospitatlity and retail industry, where aesthetic design is especially important. MASTER LEDspot GU10 5.5W Perfect Fit is the perfect fit replacement for mains voltage 50W halogen spots. Delivering a warm, halogen-like accent beam, it is perfect for spot lighting (track, corridors, lift lobbies, display cases and cabinets) where the light is on all the time. The new MASTER LEDspot MR16 5.5W and MASTER LEDspot AR111 15W lamps are also ideal retrofit solutions for low voltage spot and general lighting applications in the hospitality industry.

Philips now also offers a more comprehensive range of indoor luminaires, suitable for a wide range of applications. With narrow beams of high quality light, iW Fuse Powercore is a high performance intelligent white grazing luminaire, offering colour temperatures from 2700K to 6500K in a single fixture. Integrated Powercore technology ensures rapid, efficient and accurate control of power output to the fixture directly from line voltage, eliminating the need for external power supplies. CelinoSecond generation versions of SmartForm, Celino and Arano Surface and Suspended create inspiring lighting effects while offering a long life of 50,000 hours. They are now DALI dimmable, allowing use of inbuilt or external lighting controls. Pacific LED has also received an update, now offering extreme long life with visual comfort and a 50% energy saving over conventional lighting sources. The new version of eW Profile offers an increase in light output and far superior colour consistency over the first generation. Another indoor luminaire in our range is eW Cove MX PowerCore 2200K, with extreme warm temperatures that mimic dimmed incandescent lamps, ideal for bar, restaurant and hotel lighting.
