NG Bailey has been awarded a contract to maintain Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee.

The specialist Facilities Services division of NG Bailey has signed a three year contract with Land Securities, providing mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance to the shopping centre.

Overgate Shopping Centre is the third contract that NG Bailey has signed with Land Securities, whose portfolio currently includes St Johns and Clayton Square shopping centers, with a combined value of £1.7m.

Managing director of the Facilities Services division, Stuart Linington, comments: “Securing this contract further reinforces NG Bailey’s position in the retail sector and I am delighted to have Overgate Shopping Centre on our books.

“We have worked with Land Securities on a number of projects across the country and I am pleased that our relationship has continued to strengthen.’

NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division is currently carrying out energy saving surveys at the Overgate Centre, aiming to identify areas in which costs and carbon can be reduced.
