The Facilities Services division of NG Bailey has strengthened its portfolio after renewing contracts with two of its clients.

The secured major contract retentions and expansions are worth in excess of £400,000 per annum.

This follows on from a strong start to the year for Facilities Services, which in January reported new contracts totalling £22 million.

Contracts have been renewed and extended with The Ark, a prominent London-based office building and Aviation Training International Limited (ATIL), a training service for Army personnel at its purpose-built training centres across the UK.

NG Bailey will provide planned preventative and energy-focussed maintenance to each of the sites.

Managing director of NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, Stuart Linington, said: “The award of these contracts proves that NG Bailey’s offering is still strong despite challenging market conditions.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain existing contracts and this is a great example of how our exceptional level of service and reliability has combined to ensure that we remain the preferred service partner.”
