NG Bailey has been contracted to provide a range of services to Circle, a social enterprise that forms the largest partnership of healthcare professionals in Europe, along with VINCI Construction UK, the main contractor.

The contract, which is worth more than £7million to NG Bailey, includes extensive use of NG Bailey’s Offsite Manufacture division, who will provide multi service modules for Circle’s new building, complete with en-suite shower room pods and plant rooms.

The company’s Engineering division will also be installing all of the power and lighting, heating and chilled water, ventilation and fire alarms to the building, along with the security systems, including access control and CCTV, data distribution and above-ground drainage.

The IT services division will also be installing structured cabling into the new building as part of a collaborative project from the company’s specialist businesses.

NG Bailey has worked with Circle in the past, acting as the mechanical and electrical provider at their Bath location in 2009.

Steve Briggs, managing director for NG Bailey’s Engineering division in the south and Rail, said: “By combining the company’s varied expertise, we were able to offer a package which appealed to the client.

“Our commitment to excellence and our track record with the previous Circle job has meant we have a great relationship with our client that we hope it will continue for years to come.”
