On the basis that stylish bathrooms and kitchens sell houses, no forward thinking home-owner should be without a Creda Proline II PL towel rail in every bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom.

What differentiates the Proline from its competitors is that it uses dry technology for an exceptionally rapid warm up, with a silicone coated element running right through the entire towel rail. This delivers the heat more effectively with a lower output and is therefore more energy efficient than competitor products. Conventional liquid filled towel rails heat from the bottom up, so that the upper rails can take 10 or 15 minutes to reach their programmed operating temperature. By contrast all rails of the Proline heat simultaneously and there is no possibility of cold spots to reduce performance. “All this can make quite a difference in busy households, full of active people who take extra showers after sport and before going out for the evening,” said Martin Shepherd, sales director at Creda Heating. “It’s also better for the environment if towels are dried quickly rather than washed after a single use, with all the extra energy usage that entails.” Specifiers, installers and householders alike will appreciate the compact slimline design of the four Proline models – finished in white or chrome and with outputs of 180W, 220W, 260W and 360W. The splashproof towel rails are light in weight for ease of installation and can be mounted for left or right cable entry. Creda offers two control options for the Proline towel rails. The RFRTK7 remote thermostat and programmer kit enables thermostatic and time control using wireless signalling between the remote wall mounted thermostat and the receiver unit at the appliance. Alternatively users can select the PW E16A wire auxiliary interface unit so that heaters without electronic controls can be centrally programmed to work to set on/off times as part of a pilot wire linked heating system.
