The NG Bailey Organisation, among the UK's largest independent enterprises, has appointed Mark Andrews as new Chief Executive Officer:

Mark Andrews takes up his appointment in April, when he succeeds Sam Marshall, who is retiring. Andrews will also become Chairman of the Organisation's operating entities: NG Bailey & Co, one of Europe's leading mechanical and electrical (M&E) and building services contractors, Switchgear and Instrumentation Ltd, Bailey Maintenance Services and Bailey Telecom Ltd.
Mark Andrews, aged 44, was most recently President and CEO of Pirelli Cables and Systems, North America. He previously headed Balfour Beatty's Power Networks business, was a director of Balfour Kilpatrick Ltd and spent five years in senior roles at BOC Group plc and its operating divisions.
