Question: I wonder if you can advise me on what an operative would need to be able to change street lighting lamps. The operatives will be driving mobile platforms and will be working at height. This is for lamp replacement work only. We have several electricians currently carrying out this work, but are looking to use their skills on capital projects, and this would relieve them of this task if I could get others to work on it. Are there regulations covering this type of work?
