Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has been acquired by European technical services group, Imtech, which is based in the Netherlands and operates across Europe.
With a turnover in excess of 4.5 billion euros, the group has more than 25,000 employees serving over 21,000 clients. Its UK operation has a turnover of around £400 million and a blue chip client base that covers the country, supported by a workforce of more than 2,000 employees facilitating both client and main contractor performance.
Imtech Technical Services in the UK has been involved in such prestigious projects as Westfield London, Olympic Stadium, Velodrome, Arsenal Stadium, Westfield Stratford, BBC, Advanced Sludge and Energy plants for Welsh and Anglian Water and unique projects such as the Bodleian Library for Oxford University.
