Question: When a TP&SN switchfuse is rated at 100A, is that 'per phase'? Or is it the total current drawn through the complete switchfuse?

Answer: The rating of a TP&N switch is shown 'per phase' when run on a three-phase supply.

If you run the poles in parallel on a single-phase, there is a de-rating factor. Note that this de-factor depends upon the switchfuse model.
