Voltimum Advent Game 2010 - Day 20 - Makita Drill from Kopex

Kopex are giving Steven Bowie a Makita Drill. This Makita 18V Combi Drill comes complete with 2 Batteries and with a 101 piece accessory set.

Steven is based in Berwickshire working for his own company Sparkz - specialising in electrical installation, testing and inspection. Steven explained that the recession has hit this area of the country hard. Previously, he worked for an electrical contractor that went into liquidation just over a year ago.

Earlier this year Steven updated his 17th edition qualification at Galashiels College, which used to take him over 2 hours each day in travel time. He mentioned it would be great if online webinars could be used for this type of training.

Steven uses the Voltimum portal mainly to keep up to date with industry news and new products from manufacturers. He entered the Advent game every day so far and is delighted to have won a prize. He has two Spaniels and spends much of his spare time walking and taking care of the dogs.
