NG Bailey appoints new supply chain and business transformation director

NG Bailey, one of the UK’s leading providers of building services, has announced a key new appointment.



Steve Parr, formerly supply chain director at Carillion plc, has joined the company, in an executive leadership position working directly for the company’s new chief executive, David Hurcomb.

In his new role as supply chain and business transformation director, Steve will lead the company’s supply chain function as well as being responsible for the company’s strategy development.

Now responsible for a procurement budget of over £320m, Steve brings with him a wealth of experience in this field, having worked in senior supply chain roles, for companies including Taylor Woodrow plc, Barclays Bank plc, H J Heinz and most recently, Carillion.

Speaking about his new role, Steve said: “I look forward to working with David and the other members of his executive leadership team to support the continued growth of NG Bailey. The company is a leader in its field with a fantastic reputation and I am delighted to be joining.”

David Hurcomb, NG Bailey’s chief executive adds: “Steve’s experience and high-level expertise will be an asset to the company and I look forward to working with Steve moving forward.”
