Guidelines for Specification of LED Lighting Products

With LED’s emerging as a new functional light source there is a need to ensure performance claims are made in a consistent way. This is the second edition of the guidance notes, taking into account new IEC standards and the development of LED technology. These guidance notes are harmonised with these standards. They have been produced by the lighting liaison group representing the major lighting organisations in the UK and provide a template for the basis of the specification of LED performance criteria.
