Socket-outlet positions
Plug-in appliances must be able to be easily and safely connected and disconnected.
If there is insufficient height between the socket-outlet and the finished floor of an office or a work surface in a kitchen, danger can result from the plug being forced in and out and from the flexible cord being squeezed or sharply bent.
