Mayor of London News Update: Mayor to decide major Southall regeneration scheme

Plans for a major development in Southall that will deliver up to 3,750 new homes, a hotel, cinema and sports facilities, is to be decided by the Mayor. This follows decisions by the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon, whose boundary the development will cross, to refuse the developer’s planning application.
