“We have extensive experience in the retail sector, maintaining 13 Land Securities’ shopping centres across the UK, including Princesshay in Exeter and Portsmouth’s prestigious, Gunwharf Quays. We’re looking forward to continuing to grow our presence in this sector and, through our services, providing an excellent shopping experience for customers.”

Phil Osborn, Head of Property Services at Land Securities, said: “St David’s 2 has been a very ambitious project from start to finish and we needed a company we could trust to ensure the smooth operation and management of its building services. We already have a great working relationship with Inviron and knew it could deliver the maintenance to the high standards necessary.”
