Inviron will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of the water treatment works, fire alarms, building management systems and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning units for Live Theatre, which is recognised as one of the country’s leading new writing theatres.

Neil Rich, Operations Manager, Inviron’s National Building Service in the North East, said: “This is a fantastic contract win for us as it helps us to further build our presence in the north east and broaden our sectoral experience to now include the theatre world. Our team of engineers will deliver a comprehensive, planned schedule of work for Live Theatre, which will ensure the smooth operation of the theatre.”

Carole Wears, House Manager of Live Theatre, said: “When the lights go up we need to be confident that our building is in tip-top condition and that nothing will interrupt the performance. With Inviron’s strong track record in building services maintenance, we are confident that our theatre is in safe hands and we can concentrate on putting on a great show for our customers.”
