With a turnover of £80m, Cooper Lighting and Safety Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Mains Lighting, Emergency Lighting and Fire Detection systems.
The Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for calling on an agreed customer base and co-ordinating all commercial activity to achieve your sales target. You will play a key role in driving sales across the region by developing business plans to support our distributors to increase sales to end users. Your proven track record in delivering business growth will be underpinned by your tenacity in meeting customers requirements together with your ability to influence at all levels internally and externally to deliver excellent service.
The Person You will have a good standard of education with significant field based sales experience in managing key accounts. Experience in the electrical distribution channel or electrical contracting would be an advantage. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong track record in achieving sales targets and an innovative approach to securing new business. If you can demonstrate significant sales growth and the drive to succeed then career opportunities are excellent.
