Question: Is it permissible to have sub-circuits labelled under pre-April 2004 and post-April 2006 in the same room?

I refer to the Harmonised Phase Colours (e.g. 202B/1Y [Dist board 202B,circuit 1, Yellow Phase] and 202B/L1/1 [Dist board 202B, L1 phase, circuit 1]).

Answer: Yes, and I refer you to Appendix 7 of BS 7671: 2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition) for guidance on the marking at the interface between old and harmonised colours.
