ABB’s new Concept BS range of switches and switch accessories is presenting contractors, consultants and interior designers with a wealth of possibilities for achieving stylish, contemporary wiring solutions at a significantly reduced price. The new range of ABB switches, provides an easy to install, modular design that helps complement the overall look and feel of a build including hotels, offices or residential properties.
With costs becoming tighter throughout the UK construction sector, contractors and designers need to find alternative sources of cost-effective technology that will provide the same high specification look, without losing functionality, quality or the required design aesthetics.
Built to meet all relevant British Standards, ABB’s Concept BS range offers value for money with great flexibility. The design of the new range enables contractors to “mix and match” a series of different switch types to form two, three or four gang combinations and one or two way switch options, providing greater freedom when wiring a room.
The Concept BS range also features an easy to install modular design where the internal components can be readily fixed onto a grid structure system, cutting the time and cost of installation. The front panel is then simply clicked into place enabling easy maintenance, as it requires no unsightly screws to hold it in place. This also ensures the product is aesthetically pleasing.

Available from late April 2009, the range comes in a choice of white or silver switch frames, for either single, dual, three or four gang designs.
