ABB is showcasing its latest intelligent building control technologies at the Intelligent Homes & Workplaces – A Design Technology & Product Showcase event at The Building Centre, Store Street, London until 31 January 2009. Part of the Digital Cities – London’s Future exhibition co-curated by world famous architect Sir Terry Farrell, the event demonstrates the current and future technologies offering improved environmental control of homes, offices and major architectural installations.

ABB is showing its range of i-bus KNX technology intelligent building control products, including its smart touch panel, weather station switches and PIR equipment. ABB’s intelligent control products are already being used in major installations worldwide, including, most recently, the Beijing Olympic Stadium and Beijing International Airport.
As a provider of intelligent building controls technology, ABB is a leading board member of the KNX Association, an organisation dedicated to the promotion of the KNX Standard, the only open standard for home and building control. KNX UK also has a major presence at the event, including a highly informative AV presentation and product and information displays covering key aspects of the latest developments in KNX intelligent building technology.
