Vent-Axia’s CPD and CIBSE approved seminar discusses the development of energy efficient motors for use in ventilation systems and global warming’s impact on the Building Regulations.

Along with looking at the impact of global warming on the environment and effect it has had on Building Regulations, this seminar discusses Part L requirements to reduce carbon emissions and the resulting changes to Part F
The seminar also explains the development of energy efficient motors for use in ventilation systems for both residential and commercial applications.
Lastly, the seminar gives carbon reduction figures for the various products including whole house systems that incorporate heat recovery.

Pete Smith – Training Manager, Vent-Axia
After 30 plus years with Vent-Axia Pete, is currently the Company’s Training Manager. He looks after the training needs of both internal and external staff including product, technical and legislation issues.
He was recently involved with asthma trials in the UK working with Asthma Steering Groups and Primary Care Trusts to implement a different approach to asthma control using Clean Air Systems.
Pete also coordinates CPD provision at Vent-Axia and is a CPD Registered Presenter.
