David is now trained and accredited to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs), and to carry out inspections of complex air conditioning systems.

Responding to the news, he said: “I’m delighted to gain accreditation in all three strands as it enables me to offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ to my clients.”

Stephen Matthews, CIBSE Chief Executive, added: “We are pleased to announce that one of our Low Carbon Energy Assessors has achieved accreditation on all three sections. As the deadlines draw closer, David and our other CIBSE LCEAs will find themselves in demand as people rush to find an accredited assessor to produce their certificates.”

CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessors are trained and accredited to produce Display Energy Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates, and to carry out inspections of complex air conditioning systems.
