Mr Electric, claiming to be the UK's largest electrical contracting service, has continued to strengthen its presence in the UK by launching two new franchisees in Glasgow Central and Swindon:

John Montague, who has many years experience in drainage, plumbing and gas services, is already well known face around the Glasgow area having run a highly successful contracting business for many years. Looking to further his portfolio, John felt that Mr Electric would compliment his other businesses meeting most of the needs for the construction industry.

Said Montague: "It is great to be a part of a larger team, communicating with other franchisees and being able to bounce ideas off each other. In the future, I hope to be able to have as many vans on the road as possible, in order to achieve long term growth and establish Mr Electric Glasgow Central as the prime electrical contracting business in the area."

Also hoping to become a well-known face around the area is Tom Bannister who has just launched a Mr Electric franchise in Swindon. Bannister, who has also worked in the electrical industry for many years, prides himself on the long lasting customer relations that come as a result of good quality work.

After hearing about Mr Electric, through his many friends in the trade he was eager to become a part of team as he explains: "I wanted to keep the freedom of being my own boss, whilst retaining the support and help of a national account structure, so being a franchisee seemed perfect.

"The Mr Electric brand and support structure fitted perfectly and the opportunities for rapid growth are endless."

The picture shows Tom Bannister preparing for the busy day ahead.
